Explore the City of Angels by Zeppelin! Before Eureka, the last time another Zeppelin came to L.A. was in 1929. And, while the Goodyear Blimp is a fond and familiar sight above the stadium and skyline, this is the only way you can guarantee yourself or your loved ones a magical airship flight.

Airship Ventures flies a limited number of flights from Long Beach airport, providing unique perspectives on the energetic city below!

30-minute, one and two hour flight experiences are available from the AirFlite Aviation Services Facility at the Long Beach airport.

Enjoy Long Beach Harbor and the fascinating business of the Port of Long Beach. See the Queen Mary from above as you cruise out and around the beautiful Rancho Palos Verdes.  Ask about our spectacular Sunset Flight and watch the silhouette of Catalina Island as the sun sets in the West and the city sparkles to life.

Two special two-hour excursions are available. The Hollywood Studios Tour (two-hours) travels North and then turns East over the vast Los Angeles Basin, taking in Downtown Los Angeles. Pass Dodger Stadium and Equestrian Center as a warmup to the big show - all the major Hollywood studios: Disney, Dreamworks, NBC, Paramount, Sony, Universal and Warner Brothers. Gazing down on these backlots can be a surreal experience! The Hollywood Bowl and Hollywood Sign remind you to look out for Grauman's Chinese Theater and the Walk of Fame before you spot Museum Row and the La Brea Tar Pits. The beautiful landscapes of Beverly Hills, Century City and Bel Air provide many intriguing sights, as does the UCLA campus! On this all encompassing trip, we will also request permission to cross over midfield at Los Angeles International Airport, one of the busiest in the world. Your trip concludes with the East side of Palos Verdes, the San Pedro and finally back to Long Beach. Make sure you have plenty of memory cards for your camera!

Our Coastal Tour (two-hours) starts in Long Beach and follows the coast highway South along the varied vistas of the Seal, Huntingdon and Newport Beach areas. Depending on the weather and season, you might see kite surfers, kayaks and whales! Around Laguna Beach are the inspiring dunes and wetlands of the wilderness parks and Crystal Cove state park with the lovely Laguna Hills in the distance. Dana Point and San Clemente mark the turning point for our journey back to Long Beach.

We also have a 30-minute tour special, Taste of Zeppelin, that flies over downtown Long Beach, the Harbor and the Queen Mary. It might not be as long as our other tours, but we guarantee it will leave you wanting more!
