She's the size of a 747 and can carry 12 people in style on the lighter than air experience of a lifetime. She's the first Zeppelin to fly in the USA for more than 70 years and the largest commercial airship flying in the world today. She's coming to San Francisco and she needs a top caliber marketing, sales and customer service professional to make sure that she sells out every flight!
It could be a romantic wedding in Napa, a serious corporate experience, a fun publicity event, an advertising sponsorship for our hull, TV coverage of a sports event, or simply carrying passengers to see the sights. You would be in charge of maximizing the exposure in all these markets and more, creating the demand, delivering exceptional customer service through a guest services team, and masterminding the PR event of the year.
As part of a small, energetic start up team, you will be motivated and entrepreneurial, willing to dig in to get it done, flexible and adaptable and very creative under pressure. You will have worked in a customer-centric business, preferably in leisure/travel/tourism/attractions or similar, and have a wealth of related knowledge and resources at your fingertips.
